PMF Suspension 271/273 Index Ring & Crossmember Kit 99-10 Ford F-250/F-350 SuperDuty

Well, you've done it. You've hit the 10-inch lift mark with your F-250 or F-350. Oil changes are easy but now your front drive line is completely useless. The extreme height is beyond the articulation limits that the drive line can function in. PMF fabricates a kit including an indexed crossmember and indexing ring.  This allows rotation of your transfer case downward, putting the front driveline angle back within spec for your factory driveshaft. CNC machined from solid 1" thick 6061-T6 aluminum, this spacer will re-index the transfer case. It is designed with three adjustment holes which allows for 15, 20, or 25 degrees of clocking to your transfer case.  All hardware and gaskets are included.


SPECIAL FITMENT NOTES:  
  • Will only work on trucks equipped with NP 273 or 271 transfer cases, check the ID tag to verify. This will push the transfer case to the rear of the truck 3/4", keep this in mind concerning driveshafts, manual 4x4 linkages, etc.
  • Please note that the PMF crossmember by not work with some aftermarket 4-link setups depending on how they mount to the frame, please check with one of our sales reps to ensure it will install properly if you have doubts.
  • Depending on year and transmission type (manual or automatic), this crossmember may require a couple holes to be drilled in the frame for mounting!
