Zone Offroad 5" Torsion Bar Drop Lift Kit 11-19 GM 2500HD / 3500

Bring your GM HD truck to new heights with this complete 5" suspension system from Zone Offroad, engineered for strength, proper geometry, and a level stance.

At the core of this system are heavy-duty 1/4" steel crossmembers paired with CNC-machined steering knuckles to maintain near-OEM suspension and steering geometry for excellent ride quality and handling. The kit also includes a laser-cut differential skid plate, differential support brackets, torsion bar relocation brackets, sway bar links, rear lift blocks with longer U-bolts, and all required hardware for a complete installation.

This lift system is designed to level the truck with no change to factory track width, allowing clearance for up to 35x12.50 tires. No differential trimming is required.

Note: Shocks are not included. Custom-valved shocks are recommended for proper ride quality and performance.

Optional Configuration Notes

• Top Overload Option:
  Available with or without top overload leaf spring support for vehicles equipped with factory overloads.
• Carrier Bearing Drop Kit (Recommended for 2-Piece Driveshafts):
  Helps reduce driveline angles and prevent post-lift vibration.
• Control Arm Upgrade Option:
  Heavy-duty replacement control arms are available to improve suspension travel and ride quality.

Important Notes

• 2015–2018 models: Factory 20" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to GM wheel design changes.
• Fits RWD models; front differential components will not be used.
• Frame bracket modifications required.
• Stock 17" or 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• With 20" wheels, 5"–6" backspacing is recommended.
• Vehicles frequently driven in 4WD on the highway may experience minor front driveline vibration; a dual-cardan front driveshaft is recommended if this occurs.
