Synergy Manufacturing D44 Front Axle Truss 20-23 Jeep 3.0L Wrangler JL / Gladiator JT

Synergy Manufacturing D44 Front Axle Truss 20-23 Jeep 3.0L Wrangler JL / Gladiator JT

The Synergy Front Axle Truss for 2020+ Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT models is designed to reinforce the factory Dana 44 axle housing and protect against flex, bending, and costly drivetrain damage. Built for off-road abuse and larger tire setups, this truss helps maintain axle integrity under demanding conditions where stock components can become a weak point.

Constructed from CNC-formed 3/16 inch steel, the truss provides a rigid backbone across the axle housing to reduce deflection and prevent damage to internal components such as axle shafts, bearings, and ring and pinion gears. Its contoured, precision-engineered design ensures a tight fit to the factory axle while maintaining compatibility with factory mounting points.

This truss features integrated OEM-size dual durometer bushings with a Teflon-lined bearing surface, delivering improved control arm performance, articulation, and long-term durability without requiring maintenance. The design also eliminates the need for proprietary bushing sizes, making future service and replacement simple.

Note: Installation requires cutting and welding and should be performed by a qualified fabricator. Ships in raw steel and should be coated or painted after installation to prevent corrosion.
