FASS No Drop Titanium Series Fuel Pump and Sump Kit 98.5-04.5 Ram 5.9L Cummins

FASS No Drop Titanium Series Fuel Pump and Sump Kit 98.5-04.5 Ram 5.9L Cummins

Has your truck been sluggish? Is it rough when your engine is on idle? Have you added aftermarket upgrades but the added horsepower feels like it got left in the barn? Factory fuel systems for 24-valve Cummins Diesel are notorious for being too weak to support anything over stock horsepower and prone to weaken over time. Fuel pressure is essential for your truck to run efficiently and smoothly for each mile you drive so if it drops you will see fuel economy drop, injection system failure, and a disabled truck. Get fuel pressure back where it needs to be with FASS's No Drop Series Fuel System Kit. Developed by FASS to be an easy and affordable way to replace and upgrade your stock fuel system, this kit will not only increase fuel pressure but increase filtration and fuel quality as well. Paired with their signature Titanium Series, which provides dependable fuel pressure and filtration, FASS includes their sump pump which guarantees a consistent fuel supply even when running near empty. Get more out of each drop of diesel with FASS's No Drop series today!

NOTE: Installation of this kit on a cab and chassis may require modifications.

What GPH do I need? This all depends on the horsepower of your truck.

  • 100 GPH- This is for stock up to 600hp.  If you haven't done any aftermarket changes or very minimal ones to increase power this is the one you want.
  • 165 GPH- This is for 600hp to 900hp.
  • 250 GPH- This is for 1000hp to 1200hp.
  • 290 GPH- This is for 1200hp to 1500hp.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING 1998.5-2004.5 MODELS: 1998.5-2004.5 model year trucks came from the factory with a block mounted lift pump. Dodge has retrofitted many of these trucks with the later in-tank pumps. Before ordering you need to determine where your current lift pump is. This can easily be done by turning the key on and listening for the pump. If the truck has been retrofitted with an in-tank System, you need to purchase the 2005 - 2018 model Kit.
