The control arm kit features boxed sheet metal arms that are CNC robot welded and powder coated semi-gloss black. Heavy duty ball joints are included as well as new crush sleeves and polyurethane bushings. The Cognito Ball Joint SM Series Upper Control Arms provide ample droop travel that is required for optimal ride quality and all suspension components to last and work properly.
COGNITO TORSION BAR KEYS:
These Cognito torsion keys are responsible for providing the lift for the front of your Duramax. These will allow you to level the front with the rear of the truck. Their forged construction makes them practically indestructible and they bolt in for easy installation.

The Pitman and Idler arms have been an inherent wear problem within the steering systems of your Duramax for decades. The Cognito PISK (Pitman & Idler Arm Support Kit) replace the problem components that plague factory and aftermarket steering systems on your trucks. These improvements are accomplished through application of Cognito's innovative, patented design, by providing additional support to the truck’s pitman and idler arms, which eliminate the forward and rearward movement of the center-link.

The Elka 2.5 Reservoir shock allows precise fine-tuning of the high-& low-speed compression damping so you can adapt the suspension for your specific driving style and terrain conditions without compromise.
