Carli Radius Arm Drop Brackets 3.5" Lift 23-24 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke SuperDuty
The suspension scientists over at Carli Suspension have been hard at work to find out what works not just "good enough" but "the best" for your Ford SuperDuty. Ever feel like your truck has some stability issues after a turn? Maybe you find it a struggle to get it back to center as well? It could be a negative caster angle which is a common issue on lifted trucks; especially true for the 2023+ Ford Powerstroke SuperDuty. If you have a 3"-3.5" lift on your 2023+ Ford, these brackets were designed for you as they put the track bar back into proper alignenment.
What is the Caster Angle?
The caster angle is the angle between your steering axis and your wheel as we look at your truck from the side. As you lift your vehicle with added suspension, this angle can go negative beyond the recommended limits which will result in a definite loss in stability and a harder time going back to center after a turn. Lift kits come with shims and supplies to return this caster angle into an allowable caster range but some models of SuperDuty come from the factory with low caster angle to start.
The Solution
Adjustable front radius arms do add back proper caster angle but as soon as we add on bigger tires the angle can go back to negative again. Getting the caster angle back to positive requires even more and more parts which starts to run up costs along with installation difficulty. Therefore, Carli wanted to develop a solution that gets you back the proper caster angle that is both cost-effective but workable with both stock and aftermarket parts. Enter Carli's Radius Arm Drop Brackets for the 2023+ Ford SuperDuty. Specifically designed to give proper drop height to the radius arms, these brackets are built strong like all Carli products and will put you right back on the road with better handling even if you choose to stick with your stock radius arms. On top of the incredible Carli look with its powder coated finish, would Carli steer you wrong?
