Designed to improve the looks and performance of your new RAM 2500, these kits include everything necessary to correctly lift them for improved offroad capability with room for larger tires while maintaining on-road handling. These systems use front and rear progressive rate coil springs to lift and level the stance, forged drop pitman arm to correct steering angles along with HD track bar drop brackets to re-center the axles. Sway bars and bump stops are repositioned for proper functionality and front suspension geometry is corrected via a pair of high strength boxed radius arms that bolt directly into the factory location. These new radius arms are massive upgrade to the factory stamped units, using tubular construction and a lower cam adjustment to dial in front end caster. Also supplied are your choice of BDS NX2 gas shocks or FOX 2.0 performance series IFP gas shocks for improved ride and performance at each corner of the vehicle.
At 6" of lift it is critical to correct the front driveline angle to maintain use of the 4WD. To do this BDS provides a heavy duty replacement adjustable transmission crossmember as well as a transfer case indexing ring to reposition the front driveline output to allow use of the factory drivelines. Front Adjustable HD Track Bar
These new track bars are a massive upgrade to the factory unit, constructed from 1-3/8? solid steel stock reinforced with gusseted ends to handle whatever on-road and off-road abuse you can through at it. Adjustments are made at the 1-3/8?-12 fine threaded center turnbuckle with pinchbolt ends to allow easy tuning to properly recenter the front axle for a range of lift heights. The track bar is formed for proper clearance around critical front end components and is designed to easy installation without the need to clearance the factory frame and axle mounts. Both ends use high-durometer polyurethane bushings with thick-walled steel sleeves for strength and reliability. Parts come with a high quality textured black powdercoat finish for a great look and excellent corrosion resistance. The are designed for use on 0-3" of lift and can be used in combination with most aftermarket track bar brackets to be used on taller lift heights.
Adjustable Rear Track Bar
This new track bar allows for fine adjustment of the rear axle position. It also provides better control of the rear axle by replacing the soft factory rubber bushings with high durometer polyurethane at the frame and a forged COM bearing joint at the axle. Both ends are rebuildable and the poly bushings are greaseable. Can be used with or without track bar relocation when needed for heights of 0-8".
Carrier Bearing Drop Kit
A 2-piece rear drive shaft will require some extra work as the geometry of your drive system will now have some added stress. We recommend adding this carrier bearing drop to avoid any potential driveline vibration with the added lift height.
Hose assemblies comply with D.O.T. Federal regulations (MVSS-106) Legal for street use in all 50 States.
