BDS Suspension 4" Radius Arm Lift Kit 14-18 Ram 6.7L Cummins 2500 w/ Factory Air Ride
Upgrade your Cummins with factory rear air ride with this 4" BDS Suspension Kit for maximum ground clearance to get you in AND out of your destination, no matter how remote that may be! This complete system from the professionals at BDS Suspension delivers you all of the necessary components to lift the front of your Ram 4" and the rear 2.5" for a level stance and enough clearance for massive 37" meats at each corner. Besides the gained lift height, you will have a noticeable increase in ride comfort and overall suspension performance due to the higher quality and better engineered components that the factory parts are replaced with.
This kit uses a pair of full-length progressive rate coil springs to provide extra height and smooth controlled performance. A forged drop pitman arm is supplied to correct steering angles along with an HD bar drop bracket to re-center the front axle. A pair of sway bar drop brackets to reposition the OE sway bar for optimal performance along with extended polyurethane bump stops to limit up travel and brake line brackets to allow full droop. To correct the front suspension geometry at the new height a pair of heavy-duty replacement radius arms bolt directly into the factory location. These new radius arms are a massive upgrade to the factory stamped units, using tubular construction and a lower cam adjustment to dial in the front end caster. Also supplied are your choice of BDS NX2 gas shocks or FOX 2.0 performance series IFP gas shocks for improved ride and performance.
In the rear of the RAM 2500 kits the air bags are retained, The additional ride height to lift/level the stance comes from a heavy duty lower spacers along with a relocation bracket to correct sensor positining to retain full functionality of the Air Ride system.Also supplied are extended length sway bar links, rear bump stop extensions, a rear track bar bracket, and your choice of gas shocks to match the front.

The basic shock design is based on proven Fox Racing Shox race products, but re-designed to maximize the ride quality, handling, and control of your BDS equipped Ram, whether on or off the road.
Front Adjustable HD Track Bar
These new track bars are a massive upgrade to the factory unit, constructed from 1-3/8? solid steel stock reinforced with gusseted ends to handle whatever on-road and off-road abuse you can through at it. Adjustments are made at the 1-3/8?-12 fine threaded center turnbuckle with pinchbolt ends to allow easy tuning to properly recenter the front axle for a range of lift heights. The track bar is formed for proper clearance around critical front end components and is designed to easy installation without the need to clearance the factory frame and axle mounts. Both ends use high-durometer polyurethane bushings with thick-walled steel sleeves for strength and reliability. Parts come with a high quality textured black powdercoat finish for a great look and excellent corrosion resistance. The are designed for use on 0-3" of lift and can be used in combination with most aftermarket track bar brackets to be used on taller lift heights.
Adjustable Rear Track Bar
This new track bar allows for fine adjustment of the rear axle position. It also provides better control of the rear axle by replacing the soft factory rubber bushings with high durometer polyurethane at the frame and a forged COM bearing joint at the axle. Both ends are rebuildable and the poly bushings are greaseable. Can be used with or without track bar relocation when needed for heights of 0-8".
Brake Line Kit
As you add lift height, your brake lines among other things can get overextended. Specially designed for vehicles with a 4 to 8-inch lift, these front brake lines are built with stainless steel braided hose and feature a kevlar liner for an improved brake pedal feel.
Transfer Case Indexing Ring 6-bolt
When lifting your truck, the amount of geometry you need to think of is almost more than the actual work you do. Luckily we have BDS and they have all the items that help you to put everything you love back into a better working relationship and prevent driveline issues before they start. Since this is specifically made for a 6-bolt transmission you must check to see whether you have a 6-bolt or 8-bolt on your truck before ordering.
Carrier Bearing Drop Kit
A 2-piece rear drive shaft will require some extra work as the geometry of your drive system will now have some added stress. We recommend adding this carrier bearing drop to avoid any potential driveline vibration with the added lift height.
