XDP Rocker Arm Trunnion Set With Polishing Tool 98.5-22 Ram 5.9L / 6.7L Cummins

Increase the durability and performance of your valvetrain with this upgraded trunnion set from XDP. The factory rocker arm trunnions were made to handle stock horsepower levels. The additional stress that aftermarket performance parts add can quickly push components past the factory limits. This can cause galling on the trunnions and the rocker arm bushing surface. Once this starts, it often ends up with a rocker arm seizing to the trunnion causing bent pushrods and or severe engine damage. This trunnion set is designed to enhance oil flow and eliminate these issues.

This trunnion set is manufactured from CNC machined premium tool steel. The increased oil groove width, additonal oil transfer grooves,  and  larger oil supply holes all aid in reducing friction in the rocker arm bushing area to extend life of both the rocker arm and the trunnion. These are also core hardened precision ground, and nitrided to provide increased durability and extended life giving you a truly upgraded better than stock part. Sold as a set of 12, each set includes a refinishing kit so you can polish the galled rocker arm surface before installing your new set!
