Upgrade your factory EGR coolers with AFE's BladeRunner EGR Cooler features larger cooler tubes in diameter which reduces clogging, and thicker walls to reduce failure compared to the stock units. The BladeRunner EGR Cooler is a 100% new unit, not a remanufactured part. This cooler features TIG-welded construction for increased strength and are pressure tested from the factory. All factory mounting locations will be reused for easy bolt-on installation.

Direct-Flow Design: 12-large diameter flow-through tubes resist clogging, resulting in extended life of the cooler. The heat exchanger tube wall thickness is more than twice as thick as the OE units.
