Yeah, we can't believe it either.....why wouldn't your truck just come with the block heater cord since it already has a block heater, but alas, many trucks weren't ordered with the optional cord to allow use of the block heater. Nonetheless, it installs simply by merely plugging it in and routing the cable, typically to the front bumper, and its relatively inexpensive.
