This is a direct replacement turbo for your LML Duramax built by the original manufacturer, Garrett. But for those of you like us that just NEED to upgrade if you're having to replace anyways, has been upgraded with a billet compressor wheel. The billet wheel will deliver quicker spool up and slightly more boost to give you some added power and slightly lower EGT's (Exhaust Gas Temperatures).
