The PPE Stage 5 Transmission Upgrade Kit is a high-performance rebuild solution for GM trucks equipped with Allison 1000, 2000, and 2400 series transmissions. Designed to handle demanding applications such as towing, drag racing, and sled pulling, this kit is built to increase transmission strength, durability, and overall holding capacity.

This upgrade kit enhances clutch holding power through a valve body recalibration system that increases line pressure without altering factory shift points. By improving clutch engagement and reducing slippage under load, the system helps maintain consistent transmission performance in both daily driving and high-stress environments.

The kit includes upgraded C1, C2, C3, and C4 clutch packs along with Kolene steels and supporting components designed to improve heat resistance and long-term durability. A converter flow valve, boost valve, pump shim, and gaskets are also included to support proper fluid flow and internal operation.

While PPE references performance gains when paired with a triple disc torque converter, a torque converter is not included with this kit and must be purchased separately. Product images may show a torque converter for reference purposes only.
