One of the most commonly failed components of a 6.0L engine is that of the EGR cooler, and in many instances when the EGR cooler fails, so does the engine oil cooler. So if you're going to have to replace both anyways, why not get it all in a single kit that includes all of the necessary gaskets and o-rings.
