Custom Battery Cables Replacement Cold Weather Battery Cable Set 89-93 Dodge 5.9L Cummins

Replace your worn or corroded factory cables in your 89-93 1st Gen Cummins with this complete cold-weather/hard-start set from Custom Battery Cables. This cold-weather kit is for trucks used in extreme weather (i.e., snow plows). They may be a little more difficult to install than the standard 2/0 kit. These cables are built from 3/0 (“three-aught”) cable for the starter and engine, 2/0 block grounds, and tin-plated copper terminals. To prevent corrosion from the battery’s acidic fumes, we crimp the terminals with a 12-ton hydraulic crimper, then seal the connection with adhesive-lined heat shrink. Cables are shipped with anti-corrosion battery washers, military-style battery terminals with “Nylox” style lock nuts.

This is a complete kit including the 3/0 positive battery cable to starter, 2/0 negative battery cable to block with 11" lead, 1 positive and negative military style battery terminals with lock nuts and covers, and includes loom and covers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This kit will require you to reuse the starter relay wires. This kit is designed for a factory single battery 89-93 5.9L Cummins.
