BDS Suspension 6.5" Coilover Conversion Lift Kit 20-26 GM 2500HD/3500HD

This lift kit is a game changer for your truck as it's designed to improve stance, performance, and capability. By converting to Fox 2.5" coilovers in the front, you'll eliminate the troublesome torsion bars to create an indestructible suspension that has a ride far superior to that of stock.
The BDS 6.5" coilover system is a game changer for HD performance. Building upon the tried and true BDS high clearance IFS system, this system allows HD owners the ability to eliminate the traditional torsion bar suspension in favor of FOX 2.5 factory series remote DSC coilovers.
In addition to replacing the factory torsion bars, the upper and lower control arms are upgraded to improve strength and travel, and to accommodate the new coilovers. The new upper control arms are fabricated from large 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing, fully TIG welded for the highest quality, strength, and durability. To complement the uppers, the new lower control arms are built from high-strength steel, fully boxed with internally gusseted.
This kit leverages BDS's proven high-clearance design to improve ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for excellent on-road handling. Up front, the kit uses FOX 2.5 coilover shocks, heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms, high-arched 1/4-inch-thick steel crossmembers, and a multipiece differential relocation bracket and heavy-duty skid plates for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These, combined with the provided sway bar links, bump stop extensions, stainless steel brake lines, CV spacers, supplied hardware, and more, provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it.
In the rear, BDS offers replacement lift blocks to lift and level that stance. The lift block installs in place of the stock block and retains ride quality and load capacity. Also for the rear is a U-bolt flip kit for max clearance and precision-tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for ultimate off-road performance.
FOX Coil-Over Dual Speed Compression (DSC) Adjuster Technology - FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks deliver next-level performance for on-road and off-road comfort. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box, these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter shocks are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity, keeping your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in rough terrain. The DSC adjuster adds remarkable versatility and precise tuning with a simple twist of either two adjuster knobs, offering 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels, with a black anodized aluminum reservoir to increase cooling efficiency.
