Front differential covers are essential for your truck because they protect the front differential gear, helping keep fluid cool under heavy use, and provide extra strength for towing or off-road conditions. Without an upgraded cover, factory units can leak or overheat, shortening the life of your differential.

AFE Power's Pro Series Front Differential Covers deliver increased strength, cooling, and protection for your Ram. Both share the same durable cast aluminum construction, reinforced ribs, and internal/external fins for strength and cooling, and are offered in two finishes:

• Raw Aluminum Finish (Cover-Only): Non-machined fins, utilitarian look, provides the same protection and cooling as the black version. Gear oil not included. Oil capacity: 3.5 quarts.
• Black Powder Coat with Machined Fins (Cover Only): Machined fins for better heat dissipation and style, highlighted in silver. Gear oil not included. Oil capacity: 3.5 quarts.
  
• Magnetic drain plug and magnetic-tipped fill plug for maximum front protection
• Built-in internal and external fins transfer heat from the fluid to the outside air for maximum cooling
• Large oil level sight glass with calibration plug set to the factory fluid level to eliminate overfilling
• Constructed out of durable die-cast A380-T6 aluminum with reinforced ribs and wrinkle black powder coating with machined fins for maximum strength and styling
• O-ring mounted in the machined channel for a leak-free seal

The optional oil level sight glass and deep-reach magnetic fill plug are great additions to pair with this cover.
